Referrals – “Word of Mouth” has been our best form of advertising since 1972!
As a reward to our existing customers for referring a new customer to us, we will credit up to $75 in service rewards to the existing customer’s Preferred Owner account when the new customer purchases their first new or used vehicle from Jim Barnard Chevrolet and mentions the referral at the time of sale. See your salesperson for details.
What are Rewards and Redemptions?
“Rewards” are dollars earned to be redeemed in the future.
The 5% Service, Collision, Parts reward will apply to the customer pay (pre-tax) portion of any retail transaction.
$100 Max. Service/$250 Max Sales reward per day and/or per transaction.
Rewards cannot be redeemed on the same day or same transaction in which they are earned.
“Redemptions” are dollars being used from previously earned rewards.
Redemptions may be applied against the final customer pay (after tax) transaction price of any retail transaction. Rewards can only be earned and redeemed by preferred owner members of the same household address.
$15 Minimum/$500 Maximum redemption per Service, Collision, Parts transaction per day
$100 Minimum/$250 Maximum redemption per sales transaction. Cannot be used with GM Preferred Pricing.
What is the difference between Sales and Service rewards and redemptions?
Sales rewards are earned on new or used vehicle sales and can be redeemed towards the purchase of a new or used vehicle by anyone in the same household.
Service rewards are earned on service, collision, parts & accessories purchases and can be redeemed toward the purchase of service, collision, parts & accessories by anyone in the same household.
Rewards cannot be combined or cross redeemed (i.e. sales reward redeemed for service).
Card Expiration
All cards expire after 2 years and must be replaced in person at Jim Barnard Chevrolet. Cards cannot be mailed.
At card expiration, dollar balances may be transferred to the new card, along with all transactional history subject to management approval.
* Proof of member address and/or vehicle registration address may be required for same household proof.
